The tenth session took place from 10 to 12 March 2025 at the seat of UNIDROIT in Rome and online. UIHJ has an observer status to this working group and is represented in this project by its first vice-president Jos Uitdehaag.
The Working Group had the opportunity to consider the complete draft instrument, consisting of the enforcement by public authority, the enforcement of security rights, and the enforcement on digital assets.
The revised draft will be submitted to informal consultations and to the UNIDROIT Governing Council at its next session in May 2025, where the Secretariat will seek authorisation to proceed with a formal consultation process prior to its finalisation. The Best Practices are planned to be published during the second half of 2025.
