The UIHJ is pleased to present the latest issue of the Bulletin of the Ukrainian Association of Private Enforcement Officers. This issue features an article by our President, Marc Schmitz, who emphasizes the resilience, professionalism and commitment of Ukrainian private enforcement officers and underlines the crucial role of self-governance in strengthening the independence and credibility of our profession worldwide.
The Bulletin also includes a contribution from our Secretary General, Patrick Gielen, entitled “Enhancing Judicial Training in Europe: Key Achievements and Future Strategy”, highlighting the central importance of judicial training for the future of enforcement in Europe.
