We are pleased to inform you that the UIHJ together with the CEPEJ are organising on 2nd December 2024 at the headquarters of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, France, the 3rd Global Forum on Enforcement, to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the CEPEJ Guidelines on Enforcement of 17 December 2009, on the theme of: “Artificial intelligence, human rights and enforcement in civil and commercial matters: what guarantees for litigants? “.
This Forum will highlight the role of the judicial officers and enforcement agents in guaranteeing the rights of citizens in the face of rapid technological advances and their pitfalls.
