Based on the 2018 data collected and processed by CEPEJ, the International Union of Judicial Officers (UIHJ) prepared a specific study on enforcement agents. This study, adopted by the CEPEJ Working Group on Evaluation (CEPEJ-GT-EVAL) represents a complement to the CEPEJ European judicial systems Evaluation Report published in October 2020.
It covers relevant topics in the area of enforcement of court decisions in 47 member States and entities, as well as three observer states (Israel, Kazakhstan, and Morocco), with particular focuses on the organization of the profession of enforcement agents, the effectiveness of enforcement services and actions in civil matters, as well as authorities responsible for the enforcement of criminal decisions and the rate of recovery of fines.
This study is published on CEPEJ-STAT.
