The UIHJ is pleased and honored to inform you that Mr. Dmitry Aristov, member of the UIHJ board and Director of the Federal Bailiff Service (FBS) of the Russian Federation has been appointed by President Vladimir Putin, to the rank of Colonel-General of the Internal Services. We congratulate him on this promotion!
Furthermore, he has been received by President Vladimir Putin on 25th August 2020 to discuss the reform of the service and the results of its work in general.
