The UIHJ has published an interactive practical Guide on the service of Documents in civil and commercial matters relating to the (EC) Regulation 1393 of 13 December 2007

New challenges…

First of all, I would like to warmly thank all the delegations members of the UIHJ for the trust they gave me, and my board, with my relection at the head of our great organisation. I would like to greet the new member countries which joined us during the Cape Town Congress, in May 2012, making of the UIHJ, with 74 members, an international organisation impossible to circumvent. The Cape Twon Congress showed that new tasks, new opportunities arise and light up our future. We are facing new challenges all as stimulating as each other. We will meet them.

Become a Member of the UIHJ-Club

The UIHJ Club is exclusively reserved for the judicial officers and equivalent professions (enforcement agents, Procuradores, Solicitadores, Messengers-at-Arms, Legal receivers, etc.). It was created in 2005 to enable its members to be personally concerned by the works of the UIHJ and to profit from various advantages.
