UIHJ, partner in the most recent legal publication of the South Eastern European Law Journal Special Edition: “Cross-border enforcement of judgments in South East Europe”

This Special Edition of the SEE Law Journal is somewhat unique in its own right as it is the first issue that focuses on one very specific topic, the cross-border enforcement in South East Europe and is the first one that has competitive component. It is a product of the joint effort and partnership of the SEELS Network, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, Open Regional Fund for South East Europe-Legal Reform and the International Union of Judicial Officers (UIHJ). For UIHJ, Jos Uitdehaag, secretary of UIHJ, was the peer reviewer.

This publication comes as a result of the research of the academics and practitioners from the SEE region.
